Purpose and Reason:
The SSI SSP rules are amended to reflect the federal Social Security Administration cost-of-living increase. In addition, a technical amendment was made to remove a procedural example from the rule. This proposed fule is being filed under regular rule making provisions to sustain revisions in the DHS SSI SSP rules.
