Purpose and Reason:
Effective March 1, 2009 to increase the income standard upon which eligibility for Child Care Assistance services is based, in keeping with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Poverty Income Guidelines for 2009.

TO PREVENT BENEFICIARIES FROM BEING WRONGLY DEPRIVED OF BENEFITS NEEDED FOR THEIR SUPPORT.
