Purpose and Reason:
Effective October 1, 2007, authorization for the Starting RIght Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) will not be given for before school (AM) care, after school (PM) care, or for summer/school vacation care. Families that meet the requirements for the Starting RIght CCAP will be authorized within one of four time authorizations: full-time, three-quarter time, half-time, or quarter-time.
