Purpose and Reason:
To increase the income standard upon which eligibility for Child Care Assistance services is based, in keeping with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Poverty Income Guidelines, for 2007.
Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril:
To ensure timely delivery of service to eligible clients, to prevent imminent peril to the public health, safety or welfare.
