Purpose and Reason:

Effective August 8, 2004, to amend the DHS provider reimubrsement rules to pay DHS approved providers the actual rate the provider charges for child care services as reproted to DHS, or the CCAP Established Payment Rate based on the Market Rate Survey, in accordance with R.I.G.L. 40-6.2-1.1, whichever rate is lower. Supercedes ERLID #3125
