For the purpose of establishing a lead hazard control standard, procedures for the licensure/certification of persons conducting environmental lead inspections and/or lead hazard reduction activities, as well as other policies and procedures necessary to implement Chapter 24.6 of Title 23 of the Rhode Island General Laws, as amended
