Purpose and Reason:

This regulation will update the standards for the pasteurization and sanitary control of milk for consistency with those established by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) in the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, 2013 Edition. Upon adoption, this regulation will replace the current Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, 2011 Edition.
