Purpose and Reason:
The purpose of the proposed amendments is to update the regulations for consistency with regulations promulgated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Suggested State Regulations for the Control of Radiation published by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc (CRCPD). Subpart F.11 was modified after the Public Hearing to remove an incorporation by reference to a regulation that had been repealed.
