Purpose and Reason:
§19.0 of the Rules and Regulations of the Rhode Island Department of Health Pertaining to Practice and Procedures Before the Department of Health and Access to Public Records of the Department of Health [R42-35-PP] contained the requirements for access to public records of the Department of Health. The material previously contained in §19.0 of these Regulations has been deleted and is being promulgated, concurrent with these amendments, in a stand-alone format as the Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Access to Public Records of the Rhode Island Department of Health [R38-2-APRA]. The title of these Regulations is also changed to Rules and Regulations Pertaining to Practices and Procedures Before the Rhode Island Department of Health [R42-35-PP] to reflect changes in the scope of these Regulations.
