Purpose and Reason:
For the purpose of adopting standards for asbestos control to implement the provisions of Chapter 23-24.5 of the Rhode Island General Laws, as amended, and to adopt regulations necessary to implement delegation of the demolition/renovation portion of the Environmental Protection Agency's Asbestos NESHAP Standard (40 CFR 61, Subpart M)
