Purpose and Reason:

Adopt procedures consistent with the 2015 National Shellfish Sanitation Program Modal Ordinance, and to convert the existing regulation to the Rhode Island Code of Regulations (RICR) format pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-35-5(b). No comments were received during the public comment period, therefore no substantive differences were introduced post-public comment period.
