For the purpose of defining the minimum standards for: (1) the licensure of professional (registered) nurses, certified registered nurse practitioners, certified psychiatric and mental health nurse clinical specialists, certified registered nurse anesthetists, and pracitical nurses; and (2) the approval of basic nursing education programs in this state
