Purpose and Reason:

These amendment would allow the Director additional latitude in evaluating the relevant management experience of out-of-state applicants for licensure. Notice was originally posted as superceding ERLID 4877. However, ERLID 4877 was superceded by ERLID 7025 prior to promulgation of these regulations.
