Purpose and Reason:
Establish the prevailing standards for the licensure of applied behavior analysts and applied behavior assistant analysts, pursuant to PL 2012-318 and PL 2012-338. As a result of comments received at the Public Hearing, Section 2.1(c) was added to clarify the right of psychologists licensed pursuant to RIGL Chapter 5-44 to continue to practice behavior analysis without being licensed pursuant to these Regulations
