Purpose and Reason:
For the purpose of defining the minimum standards for: (1) the training, competency evaluation and registration of nursing assistants; and (2) and to adopt unified standards for nursing assistants in this state to ensure safe and adequate care to individuals receiving nursing assistants' health care services in this state
