Purpose and Reason:

These Regulations establish the procedures for Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (MOLST) and the structure and content of Medical Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment forms. Due to input received during the public comment period, the originally proposed implementation date of 1 October 2013 has been delayed until 1 January 2014. No additional changes were made.
