Purpose and Reason:

Updating prevailing standards pertaining to school health programs, included several changes mandated by legislation. The proposed section 5.1.16 was deleted because comments received in conjunction with the Public Hearing noted that the proposed language was inconsistent with exiting statutory requirements.
