Purpose and Reason:
The proposed amendments implement recent changes to Chapter 23‐3 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, as amended, and address several needed “housekeeping” revisions. Technical edits were made (after public hearing)to Sections 35.5(3)-Footnote 2 & 36.2 to correct two drafting errors identified by public comments.
