Regulation Authority:
RIGL §23-1-3(b), §23-1-17 and §23-1-54, and the authority to establish the specific licensing, laboratory or administrative fee contained in the individual statute(s) cited in these Regulations.
Purpose and Reason:
These Regulations are being amended to implement the pro-rating of initial registration fees for food-service facilities, as mandated by PL 2014-435 and Pl 2014-469, and to eliminate fees for two “graduate status” license categories that are no longer being issued.
