The requirements contained in these Regulations were previously promulgated as §19.0 of the Rules and Regulations of the Rhode Island Department of Health Pertaining to Practice and Procedures Before the Department of Health and Access to Public Records of the Department of Health [R42-35-PP]. They are now being promulgated as stand-alone regulations.
