Purpose and Reason:

This amended rule clarifies roles and responsibilities of DCYF Juvenile Probation and Family Services staff relating to the transfer and dual supervision of youth. The previous version of this policy, refiled 1/5/07, is superseded by this amended version. The final rule does not include any changes from the proposed rule other than editing changes.
