Purpose and Reason:

Regulations governing center-based school age day care programs licensed by the Department of Children, Youth and Families. These regulations are the same as 1993 Child Day Care Center Regulations (School Age Programs) which were advertised for promulgation and the subject of a May 26, 1992 public hearing. The programs have been operating under these regulations since October,1992.
