Purpose and Reason:
Information gathered and maintained by the Call Floor is kept in confidential files both written and computerized. While select individuals and/or agencies have access to virtually all information maintained in the Call Floor, most others have more limited access. In all situations access is limited to those individuals and/or agencies who have a need and a right to know such data.
