Purpose and Reason:

This rule is amended to clarify the transition planning process for youth adjudicated to and serving a sentence at the RI Training School for youth. With the exception of editing changes, there are no changes to the final rule. The final rule complies with the Federal Court Consent Decree involving the residents of the Rhode Island Training School.
