Purpose and Reason:
The Department is responsible to ensure that those children placed under its care receive uninterrupted medical care by securing the most appropriate medical coverage. The Department is additionally responsible to ensure that those delivering that care are reimbursed in a timely fashion (normally not to exceed ninety (90) days).
