Purpose and Reason:

The purpose of the Amendment to the Regulations issued December 21, 1995 is to add Section IV, Regulations for Health Care to the existing regulations, and to delete some elements of Section I (superceded by the "Licensing Procedure and Process Regulations" (ERLID 3090, eff. 07/20/04), and of Section II (superceded by the Regulations for Health Care). As the result of public comment there were two minor changes to Section IV: the insertion of "urinary" into HC 13.2.6 b, and the insertion of "who work with individuals supported" into HC 12.2.1.4 b.
