Purpose and Reason:

Technical revision to the Medicaid Manual setting forth procedures to assist in the operation and the administration of community mental health medicaid services in Rhode Island. The medicaid fee schedule as of October 1, 2000 was inadvertantly included in the recent ammendment to these regulations. Such fee schedule is now removed from the regulations.
