Purpose and Reason:

This rule is being removed from the Department of Human Services and filed under the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) as RIGL 42−7.2−2(b) provides EOHHS as the authority of the single State agency designated to administer and supervise the administration of the Medicaid Program under Title XIX of the Social Security Act.
