Purpose and Reason:

In accordance with Rhode Island General Laws (RIGL) Chapter 42-35,EOHHS amended this rule in order to reflect an increase in the cap on the Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance from $2,931.00 per month to $2,980.50 per month.
