Purpose and Reason:

The program rules have been revised to support the use of data matching as a first means to verification for Citizenship and Identity. The RIte Care Program Rules, Section 0348, have been revised to revert back to the 2009 Premium Share Requirements as the increases to premium share requirements were not implemented.
