Purpose and Reason:

Technical amendments are being filed related to section 1373.07 of these rules. The term "methodologies" in this section is being changed to "buy-in payment rates." The section number of the Medicaid Code of Administrative Rules where the premium calculation appears has been clarified (i.e., section 1312.08).
