Regulation Authority:

RIGL 40-8; Title XIX of the Social Security Act

Purpose and Reason:

Effective August 1, 2007 the Department of Human Services will adopt regulations to implement the standards for medical providers pursuant to R.I.G.L. Section 40-8.2-1 et.al in that they delineate the particular processes for remedies against providers, including suspension and revocation of provider agreements.
