Purpose and Reason:

To revise the cost-of-living scale and per diem cost of maintenance for residents of the RI Veteran's Home due to the annual change in the Consumer Price Index. Rules are being filed under for regular rule-making to sustain changes in adherence with the Administrative Procedures Act. Sections 109 Support Deduction and 111 Per Diem Cost have been changed.
