Purpose of Amendment: To Bring the Standards and Procedures for Certification of an Emergency Situation in Accordance With General Laws Section 44-5-2 (as amended)for Rhode Island Cities and Towns into conformity with ammendments to RIGL 44-5-2 as set forth in Senate Bill 3050 enacacted in the 2006 Legislative Session.
