Purpose and Reason:

This technical revision is correcting a typo in Section 4.0 Application/Scope of Regulation (page 11) which incorrectly identified the number of the Rhode Island General Law which provides definitions. The correction has corrected the R.I.G.L § 38-8.1-1 citation to R.I.G.L. § 38-1-1.1(a) and R.I.G.L. § 38-3-2(1).
