The Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board provides an independent arbitration procedure for the settlement of disputes between consumers or lessees and manufacturers concerning motor vehicles which do not conform to all applicable express or implied warranties under chapter 31-5.2-1, et. al. The Attorney General is the Executive Director of the Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board.
