Purpose and Reason :
The purpose of the Board of Review rules for the RI Department of Labor and Training is to regulate the filing of appeals from employers and claimants on decisions made by the Department related to the Unemployment Insurance and Temporary Disability Insurance programs. This technical revision is being filed to consolidate the current 18 individual filings into one comprehensive filing. No substantive changes were made to the rules themselves.
