Chapters 42-17.1 "DEM"; 42-17.6; 20-1-4, 20-1-18, 20-1-22, 20-37-3, and in accordance with 42-35 of the RIGL's 1956, as amended.
Purpose and Reason :
The purpose of these rules and regulations is to establish the standards under which specially trained individuals, collectively called wildlife rehabilitators, may be permitted to temporarily possess wildlife protected by the Department under RIGL Title 20; 20-1, in order to provide necessary aid to injured wildlife. Supercedes ERLID # 718
