RIGL 2-1-20.1, 42-17.1, and 42-17.6, as amended, and R.I. Public Laws 09-198 and 09-199.
Purpose and Reason :
To implement RIGL 42-17.1-2.5 Tolling of expiration periods which extends expiration dates of eligible development permits to June 30, 2011.
Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril :
Unless clarified, affected permittees will be uncertain as to the duration of their permits.
