Purpose and Reason :
The purpose of the amendments to the regulation is to increase the number of continuing education hours required for real estate licenses renewal from 12 to 18 and require certain core courses be taken as part of the continuing eduation process as well. Courses submitted by schools to be part of the continuing education program will now be approved for a 3 year, rather then indefinite, time period.
