Purpose and Reason :

These amended rules revise certain program elements of RIte Care, Rhody Health Partners and Connect Care Choice. These program elements include descriptions of Communities of Care, pharmacy efficiencies (e.g. Generic First, Pharmacy Lock-in), selective contracting, adjustments to the grievance and appeals process and changes to auto assignment and reassignment methodology. Amended rules further reflect technical amendments throughout.
