Purpose and Reason :
The Executive Office of Health and Human Services repeals this rule in its entirety, it is obsolete. Cooperation requirements for Medicaid beneficiaries still exist but are contained in alternate sections of the Code (e.g., 210-RICR-40-00-2 at § 2.5).
