Purpose and Reason :
Effective January 1, 2005 the Department of Human Services assumed responsibility from the Department of Health for the administration of the Early Intervention Program. Technical revisions have been made to the Early Intervention Program to assure compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
