To revise the Cost of Living Scale and Per Diem Cost of Maintenance for residents of the R.I. Veterans' Home due to the annual change in the Consumer Price Index.

Brief statement of Reason for Finding Imminent Peril :

To ensure continued supportive services and staffing are funded, for the benefit of the residents at the Rhode Island Veterans’ Home.
